We now provide the ordeal registration forms on line.

To pre-register for the 2010 Winter Banquet click here.

The first form (Ordeal Candidate Information and Medical Form) is the primary registration form and can be electronically completed then printed out. The second form is the BSA Medical Form. Both forms are required for registration.
